Yes, we have that system.

There is a career path management program for career development and online and offline programs for competency development.

Since we keep the talent pool for a 1 year, you can reapply if your resume has been updated in 1 year.

Yes it is possible. 

If you apply, we will place you in the position that best suits your experience and personal characteristics, so multiple applications are not mandatory but possible.

No it is not.

Coding tests are required for technical positions, but for non-tech positions coding test is not required.

It's depending on the person, but it is usually a test that takes about 2 hours.

And for more information, before the test schedule we will inform you a detail.

The coding test will only be conducted once during the hiring process.

First is interview with Hiring Manager and team mates who will work together. And the second interview will be with Korean engineers at LG CNS HQ.


Yes it is possible.

If distance makes it difficult to attend in person, interviews can be conducted online.

Most positions do not require interviewing in a specific language. 

Vietnamese and English interviews are available, and if you need support, our interpreter will help you.
