Job Description

• Understand and negotiate the needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders.
• Communicating ideas and viewpoints to senior management. Work with clients to Identify and address technological risks.
• Provide project-level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan).
• Communicating with UI/UX designer to explain, clarify requirements, and act as a liaison between product and IT groups.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to implement the requirements, and provide necessary.
• Guidance to testers during the QA process.
• Support maintaining, testing, and improving business and systems operations.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.
• Identifying innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction.
• Evaluating the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met.
• Supervising the design of new products and evaluating how these will perform on the market.
• Creating monthly performance reports.

Requirement

[Required]

• A bachelor’s in computer science, software engineering, or another related field is required.
• Proven experience of at least 3 years as a business analyst.
• The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent English/Korean communication skill is a must.
• Honest and confident to directly work with colleagues.
• Be proactive in work, good teamwork ability.
• Loves to work on innovative products and is ready to learn new things.
