We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team at LG CNS Vietnam Build Center.
This is an excellent opportunity for last year students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, organizational culture, and general HR operations in a dynamic work environment.
Recruitment Support:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job positions.
Support the coordination of interviews and communication with candidates.
Help maintain and update the candidate database.
Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
Organizational Culture Support:
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events.
Support initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
Help conduct surveys and analyze feedback related to organizational culture.
Assist in communication efforts to promote company values and HR policies.
General HR Support:
Assist in drafting HR reports and maintaining employee records.
Support HR team in organizing training sessions and team-building activities.
Help with administrative tasks related to HR policies and procedures.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the HR department.
Requirement

Last year student or Fresh bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Can work full time, and committion from 3 to 6 months
Strong interest in HR functions, especially recruitment and organizational culture.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English
