We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our LGCNS VNB. You will work closely with Korean HQ teams and multinational clients to deliver end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solutions aligned with international HR standards. Responsibilities: • Participate in global SAP SuccessFactors rollout projects in collaboration with Korean stakeholders and local teams. • Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and provide optimized solutions based on SAP best practices. • Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules, especially: ◦ Mandatory: Employee Central ◦ Preferred: Performance & Goals, Recruitment, Compensation, Learning, Onboarding • Support UAT, resolve issues, and create user training and operation documentation. • Work on integration tasks between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM/S/4HANA or third-party systems via SAP CPI/PI or APIs. • Assist in post-go-live support and ensure smooth system operations under SLA agreements. • Collaborate within Agile/Scrum or hybrid teams as per project methodology from HQ
Requirement
[Required]
2–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.
Involvement in at least one end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation project.
SAP SuccessFactors Certification in at least one module (preferably Employee Central). (*)
Solid experience in configuration via Admin Center and provisioning tools (Instance Sync, Role-Based Permissions, etc.).
Strong understanding of global HCM processes (hire-to-retire) and HR best practices.
Familiarity with Integration Center, SAP CPI, or API-based integrations is a strong advantage.
Proficient in English (both written and verbal) to work in a multinational team.
Willing to work with Korean clients and stakeholders; understanding of Korean corporate culture is a plus.

Previous experience working in Korean IT companies or Korean-led projects.
Korean language skills are a strong advantage.
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, SAP Solution Manager, or similar tools.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills in cross-cultural teams.
Willingness to travel to Korea or other countries if the project requires.
