ExperiencedCDS Engineer


Job Description

We are looking for a proactive CDS Engineer to join our development and delivery infrastructure team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the tools that support the software development lifecycle, including source code management, code review processes, project tracking, and technical documentation systems

  • Operate and optimize Atlassian tools including Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, Fisheye, and Crucible.

  • Integrate these tools into CI/CD pipelines to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.

  • Support development teams in establishing and maintaining efficient code review workflows using Crucible and Fisheye.

  • Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to monitor release progress, track bugs, and ensure product quality through Jira.

  • Manage and update internal documentation, release processes, and technical guides using Confluence.

  • Monitor system performance and propose improvements to enhance reliability and deployment speed.


Requirement

[Required]

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Bitbucket, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Working knowledge or experience with Fisheye and Crucible is a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of Git, version control workflows, and code review best practices.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Bamboo).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative team player.
