ExperiencedL&D Officer (Korean Speaking)


Job Description

  • Identify training needs and develop learning programs for employees.
  • Organize and manage internal and external training programs.
  • Support trainers and facilitate training sessions when needed.
  • Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and track training progress.
  • Assess training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Support career development programs and competency-building initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Korean HQ for L&D strategies and training resources


Requirement

[Required]

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business, or related fields.
  • Fluent in Korean (TOPIK 5 or equivalent) and English
  •  No requirement of experience in L&D, HR, or training-related roles.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with LMS and e-learning tools is an advantage.
