We are seeking an HR Specialist with expertise in Recruitment and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) to join our team at LG CNS Vietnam Build Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting top talent, ensuring a seamless recruitment process, and managing C&B policies to enhance employee satisfaction and compliance.
Recruitment (30%):
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and create job descriptions.
Maintain and expand recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and partnerships with universities.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B) (60%):
Administer and update salary structures, benefits programs, and incentive schemes to ensure market competitiveness.
Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, social insurance, and other welfare programs.
Conduct salary and benefits benchmarking to ensure alignment with industry standards.
Handle labor contracts, performance evaluations, and promotions related to C&B matters.
Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and company policies.
General HR Support (10%):
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related matters.
Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
Requirement
[Required]
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in HR, specifically in Recruitment and C&B.
Strong understanding of Vietnamese labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English is required
