Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Training Team Leader for our SI/SW Development Center to design, implement, and manage training programs that enhance the technical and professional skills of our software engineers. 

The ideal candidate will develop a structured training framework, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure that our workforce is equipped with cutting-edge knowledge and best practices in software development

  • Training Strategy & Program Development:  
    • Develop and implement a structured training roadmap aligned with business goals. 
    • Identify skill gaps and create customized learning programs for engineers at different experience levels (junior, mid, and senior). 
    • Design and manage onboarding programs for new hires. 
  • Curriculum Design & Implementation: 
    • Develop technical training materials covering software engineering best practices, SI methodologies, DevOps, cloud technologies, and security standards. 
    • Introduce Agile, Scrum, and other software development methodologies into training modules. 
    • Organize coding workshops, hands-on labs, and certification programs. 
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: 
    • Work closely with engineering leads, HR, and senior management to align training programs with organizational needs. 
    • Partner with external training providers, universities, and certification bodies to bring high-quality learning resources. 
    • Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions between experienced engineers and junior staff.
  • Performance Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: 
    • Measure training effectiveness through feedback surveys, assessments, and competency evaluations.
    • Continuously refine and optimize training materials based on industry trends and technological advancements.
    • Track training ROI and report key metrics to management.


Requirement

[Required]

  • Experience:   
    •  Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT training, software engineering, or technical leadership roles. 
    •  Prior experience in corporate training, L&D (Learning & Development), or technical education within an S/W development environment. 
  • Technical Knowledge: 
    • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), system integration (SI), DevOps, cloud computing, and security best practices. 
    • Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript. 
  • Leadership & Communication: 
    • Proven ability to manage and mentor teams, develop structured training programs, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. 
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify training needs and implement effective learning solutions.

[Preferred]

  • Korean Language Proficiency preferred 
  •  Experience in SI projects or large-scale software development environments. 
  •  Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and digital learning tools.
