Job Description

LG CNS Vietnam is looking for a Chief Accountant. You will take responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance.
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accuracy and compliance with Vietnamese regulations and international standards (IFRS).
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and corporate policies, including VAT, PIT, CIT, and other applicable regulations.
• Lead and manage the annual audit process, working closely with external auditors.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and growth.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust accounting policies, systems, and procedures.
• Mentor and manage a team of accounting professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including HQ in Korea, to align financial reporting and policies.

Requirement

[Required]

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or higher
• Chief Accountant Certificate (required).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and familiarity with IFRS.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Fluent in English (required); proficiency in Korean is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
